Eligibility
Before receiving requests, a professional must provide current legal identity, agency and producer licensing context, lines of authority, service areas, product fit, contact channels, appointments or access relevant to the proposed workflow, and capacity.
One-recipient rule
The launch standard is one recipient. A partner may not resell, forward, or disclose a request to another recipient without documented consumer permission and INSUREDLA approval.
Contact and data conduct
Partners must use the selected channel and time window first, identify themselves and their agency, explain why they received the request, minimize collection, use secure authorized quoting systems, cap attempts, and honor stop, deletion, and suppression requests.
Fit before payment
Licensing, geography, product and risk fit, capacity, and consumer experience come before the amount a partner is willing to pay.
Quality controls
Acceptance, response, quote status, disposition, consumer feedback, complaints, opt-outs, and invalid-lead reasons should be documented. Repeated noncompliance results in pause or removal.
